I agree Harry! I have no standing with MGM currently.....but anyone willing to go smoke free has my attention. I wish Caesars would pick one of its many LV properties and make it smoke free!! That would be my go to destination in LV.
I know for others it would be somewhere they choose not to go...and that is all ok! 
In these pandemic times I can't see how having exhaled smoke in a casino setting can ever make it a safe environment. JMHO and a thought as someone working as an RN through this whole mess.
