Right before they closed down in March they had raised the points needed for Summerlin from 90,000 to 110,000.   They have not extended player's status to the end of the next period  (like Golden Entertainment, Caesars, etc) have done due to the shut down.   They are still requiring the full number of points despite the fact that they were closed for over 2 months during the earning period.  They are going to lose business.  Not the best time to be imposing new stricter rules on players when the place is hurting for business and trying to get players back.

There are new card levels and benefits on the Rampart Casino website. Among other changes, I believe they have added a new level called Rampart Plus between the two lowest levels. See them all here:
 
 
Apparently we now need to at least be at the Rampart Plus level in order to receive "Weekly Free Play Mailers". That level requires 50,000 base points ($100,000 coin-in on video poker) in their six month qualifying period.
