In terms of this discussion, everyone needs to remember that casinos are specifically exempt from the Nevada Clean Air act.  As a result, Gaming was not able to include anything about smoking in their original directives.  Individual casino companies can always ban smoking on their own, but as of tonight there doesn't seem to be any indications that any of them will.  And I'm sure they have communicated to the Governor that he should just leave that whole issue alone in his mandate about masks.  (He's getting enough flack from the folks in greater Nevada just on the mask thing.)
