I'm good with this, but a mask when in a public venue can't be optional.  This is a potentially deadly disease that's spread by respiratory droplets, including by asymptomatic people.  A proper mask (no scarves, etc.) should be mandatory in public until a viable vaccine has us well on the way to "herd immunity".

I agree wholeheartedly.   You can't leave millions of people without a map out of this darkness!  The governors should make provisions for high at risk people to shelter at home and let the rest go back to work.
