FWIW, report would have been clearer if it stated "to 9/5 JB" or "8/6 JB" or whatever.  Guess it could be to "8/5 JB", any of which would worthy to specifically note.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question, but I believe the original post answered this. The paytables were downgraded but the remaining games are still $10 per point. See below.
