If you're there on a Thursday evening, set aside some time to listen to Sixties Mania in Coco's Lounge.
If you like Mexican food, Leticia's is legit, seriously so.
If you go to the buffet, consider the Mongolian BBQ station, but hit it before you get any other entree items, as the portions are *huge*. Also, the buffet isn't open for breakfast.
The food court is fairly "meh," with a Fatburger, a Subway, a Starbucks, and a pizza/pasta/stromboli joint called "villa."
