I was a victim of this problem the last two Wednesdays at Gold Coast.
No problems before that. I didn't play at Gold Coast the last two
Mondays so I don't know if there was a problem then.
Yes, the base points accumulated correctly at $2 per point. I always
check my points - beginning, ending and amount earned - every time
because it is part of my record keeping.
My points from this past Wednesday still have not been updated. I
checked with the players club this afternoon and was told they are
still working on them. I have no idea if the 11x points for tomorrow
will work correctly but I'm not counting on it.

personal knowledge of this problem.
