Thanks Jean so much for illuminating the plight of the Ruby Players at Boyd...Places like Sams, Cannery, Gold Coast and Orleans DO NOT attract a large number of "upscale" gamblers...It is hard to believe the insanity of this move...They have basically kicked sand in the face of "hordes" of out of town Ruby players that were only able to visit 1-2 times a year...We have been loyal customers of Sams for many years. I am angry and will never set foot in a Boyd Casino again...They have lost sight of their customer base!
