I have not been there recently, but have been there several times in the past ten years.  They had an indoor pool back then, but no outdoor pool.

The only pool Horseshoe has is an indoor pool (https://www.caesars.com/horseshoe-southern-indiana/things-to-do/indoor-pool-and-hot-tub#.XN63W6R7nVJ), and it's open every day of the year.  There is no outdoor pool listed on the website.  Maybe it was a casualty of the remodel?
