I'm not sure about these questions. The Gold Coast has signs around about 11x points Sunday through Thursday and there is no words about only for Sapphire and up. I assumed that rule was for TIER credits only - and if a promotion was based on tier credits it would apply. I did not think it was for POINTS, assuming everyone can earn points. Am I wrong?
Gold Coast also has the "Loyal to the Royal" promotion EVERY DAY in May. I assume everyone qualifies for that.
