Mark, just googling "fw2g-502" turns up a bunch of results including this one from Intuit (makers of TurboTax) themselves:
Basically, they are comparing the information you entered about the casino, and comparing it to the IRS e-file database, and they are coming up different. Double check the data you have entered, paying special attention to the EIN (taxpayer ID for the casino).
