Red Card used to take about $57K coin-in to achieve on VP. That's 28.5K points. The new mid-level tier requires 30K points to get (60K coin-in) and has less benefits (does not qualify for Dividend) and no 4x tier multiplier so in that respect it's bad. The evaluation period is now 6 months instead of 4 months so in that respect it's good. (Tier status lasts longer and you have longer to achieve a level). Legit seems reasonable at 60K points ($120K coin-in).
