Thanks to all that responded, I finally got the postcard today saying that they added the 300 tier credits as a "Thank You"
I already had planned a trip to the IP in Bolixi to play for my Sapphire renewal but discovered something quite disturbing while I was there. Playing the 15/9 DW at the bar yielded no tier credits. Thankfully I only ran $250 thru the machine before checking. I didn't bother to check any other games on the bartops, I just decided to leave at that point and doubt I will be back.
