In my experience it has usually been play at the Host's casino that they care about. At Boyd properties the hosts weren't able to see your play at other properties, but higher management levels could. If the host cared enough they could call up your primary casino and check your play there, but the most likely scenario would be the old " We'll review your play at the end of your stay and comp your room if you meet our levels".
