It appears, at least from the printed rules, that the 3 Boyd downtown properties still have the 100,000 point promotional cap for YAH. Thanks to A.P. for posting the link. In the past, Boyd Downtown properties had the cap for AL point multiplier promotions, so it may still be in place.
I haven't played over 10k points to test since change. This Wednesday I played exactly $20k or 10,000 points. My points went up 118,500. It appears breakdown was 10,000 base points, 100,000 points for 11X multiplier, 5,000 points for my YAH Kiosk gift swipe after earning 1 tier credit, and 3,500 mystery points for whatever criteria they now give additional points.
