Scot, thank you for maintaining the list. I'm hesitant to ask for anything more, but is it possible for you to include in the email what changed? Its hard to tell scanning the list.
Another suggestion would be for the list to have a "day of week" column so that you could sort by day Monday-Sunday to see all of the promos for a given day of the week.
