bl, this function will give you the probability of catching a certain number of picks:


=HYPGEOMDIST(Caught,20,Picked,80)

You replace "Caught" and "Picked" in that function with the actual numbers you are interested in.   For example, if you want to know the chance of catching 10 when you pick 15, you'd use:
=HYPGEOMDIST(10,20,15,80)
 
Better yet, you can give two other cells the names "Caught" and "Picked", and then enter the numbers of interest into those cells.   Then =HYPGEOMDIST(Caught,20,Picked,80) will update every time you change the values in the 'Caught' and 'Picked' cells.
