another good way to see if a casino has class III video poker is to check vpFree2. Even if it's a bit out-of-date, it won't list casinos if they are class II.
washington state is one state I know of that has only class II. New York has plenty of class III. I done goot at Niagara Falls, NY: Seneca Niagara last September (see trip report and jackpot photos posted here on vpFree). Am going back in April.
