The policy implemented Sept. 28 that required the person to whom you assign your Seven Stars or Diamond Companion Card to be your spouse or domestic partner has been rescinded.  The policy reverts to the pre-Sept. 28 policy which stated simply, "Companion must be 21 years of age or older in the United States, or 19 years of age or older in Canada."
