It would appear nothing because there are enough ploppies that don't care.  Many don't even want to bother with slot cards.

Many casinos seem fond of Hot Seat promotions.  I complained when Harrah's Southern California exchanged 10X/5X Point Mondays for Hot Seat.  Promotions supervisor told me this was just as valuable for players.  I told her maybe for 1c players that want to sit at their machine and just play a few hands at the top of each hour for the drawing.  Not so much for $5/$25 players.
