Thanks for making the updates. We have already completed our trip and did stop at Casino Calgary for an hour or so on our trip. Didn't find anything really playable at the quarter level and their exchange rate on US dollars was terrible. Your comments about the slot club being different from US casinos was definitely true. I spoke with them at the slot card desk and couldn't see any reason to join their club for a short term visitor.

I did some scouting in a recent trip and the results are now live on vpfree2:
The players clubs are very different from what we get in Nevada:
Both of the casinos had free parking.

My wife and I will be going to Calgary, Alberta, Canada this summer and have noticed that there are some casinos there. I checked the VPFREE2 database but there was no info on Calgary. I posted a message to the VPFREE Canada group but it is inactive and I didn't get any responses. Does anyone know of any good or semi-good paytables in Calgary? We probably won't spend much time at a casino, but it would be nice to know if any games are worth the visit.
