It seems like casinos are removing or downgrading Quick Quads lately probably because they are just not as popular as they once were. There are still a few listed in vpfree2.com. I just noticed QQ when I was at South Point yesterday.
You can get a list of casinos that have QQ using the "Find in Casinos" link at Videopoker.com, but it doesn't show the paytables or denominations.

Are there any playable Quick Quads machines in LV? I used to play at Red Rock but that was a long time ago and I see no mention of any playable machines on VPFree. Also I do not see Quick Quads as an easy search on the site.
