Well, here is one in favor of the visitors!
As part of the changes in its Royal Rewards program in 2017, the Plaza revised the points system, (apparently) so visitors who may not frequent the property as often as a local can still earn the Ace level.
If they are out of state it's
0-4999 Jack
5,000-14999 Queen
15,000-24999 King
25000+ Ace
If they are local it's
0-19,999 Jack
20,000-39,999-Queen
40,000-99,999-King
100,000+ Ace
