I have had the same experience as Pat. I play mostly at Palace Station and Red Rock, and I only get offers from those two properties. I have also had periods of time where I had either won/lost a lot or didn't play for a while at just one of them, and my offers were affected only at that property.

My experience with Station Casinos is that they maintain your account at each casino. I only get offers where I play. Maybe other people have different experiences.
