We're getting two situations confused here.  I was responding to the gentleman who said his return was screwed up either by Passport or Delta.  I had asked for more details to see where the probem might have been.

I wasn't being crutucal of you.  Yours was a totally different situation.  I thought these messages would include at least a portion of the message we respond to or at least the subject would match.

P.S.  To those of you whose hosts booked tickets directly, I assume it's been a while, since that system is no longer available to hosts (or anyone).
