My wife and I each received discounted cruise offers with various other benefits plus casino cash from Princess Cruise Line Casino Department. We accepted the offer to use on their Australia / New Zealand cruise this past December. When we went to the ship's casino to get the promised cash and find out about the other benefits we were promised, the casino manager told us he had no information about any offers for us and would not do anything, even when we showed him the offer postcard.
We finally got some satisfaction by dealing with Customer Service management.
My suggestion, any time you book an offer from a cruise line casino, make sure you get a written confirmation of all of the offer's benefits.
