I have tried to book an Aspiration Level 2 trip to Harrah's Reno since 12/3/16 with no success. I first tried to contact my host, Carol Ammon, several times. In December Hiroko Saito told me Carol had left the company. No one thought to tell me but her voice mail still works as of 11:01 AM on 1/24/17. .
I have been in contact Hiroko Saito, Isaiah Price, Diabel Samb many times via email, phone and face-to-face. They were repeatedly told our air itinerary – Peoria – DFW – and arrive in Reno at 12:52 PM , February 27, 2017. Returns was Reno – DFW – and arrive in Peoria at 2:44 PM March 2, 2017. The cost when we first contacted Isaiah Price was Total $694.40 (all passengers) The requested itinerary was repeated in a face-to-face meeting with Isaiah Price. He had previously gave us the option of flying out of Chicago due to an increase in airfare a "quote back and it was over $200" above the $750 allowed for the Aspiration Level 2 trip.
Isaiah Price was told (and we looked at our preferred itinerary on his computer) thst Chicago was not an option for us.. The flights were still available but the cost was Total $851.20 (all passengers). We told him to use my wife's Seven Stars Signature Experiences 1 CREDIT in combination to meet the costs.
We finally received booked tickets today.

The arrival date is wrong and they booked the trip from Chicago after being told many times that was not acceptable.
I have all this in emails because it became apparent that these people were having trouble doing this simple trip.
The time is almost gone to resolve,1/31/17 Any suggestions to resolve this? Darryl?
