Go down the ecsalator from the parking garage, follow the tile pathway and it will take you there.
There are some other machine's with 9.6 Jack's, or at least they were last time I was at Harrahs. Go down the steps from the Total Rewards booth, and you see a bunch of carrousels with video poker. The one's with the green glass also have 9/6 Jack's. Be careful, half of those are dollar's
