My husband and I enjoy the regular buffet more. The food selection at the
traditional buffet is far and above the offerings at the Amphora Lounge.
But, we don't drink alcohol with dinner and the Amphora Lounge provides an
open bar with dinner. Also, the Amphora Lounge is open many more hours than
the regular buffet.
Both options are good. I base my decision on where to eat on if I want wine
with my dinner...which is rare, so I almost always go to the traditional
buffet.
