Dear Sir or Miss,
My apologies. I was not trying to be unhelpful nor snide. I was only
trying to present the answer to the potential problem from a pragmatic
standpoint.
To me, it appears that you already know and understand what is the
likelihood of your player life continuing in the mentioned property (and likely
its sister properties) if you insight an investigation without specific
hard core, provable facts based on the way that you post was written and the
way that you addressed the question.
You did not state in your E-mail that you have concrete proof or the
improprieties that you believe are taking place. Maybe have a friend get a
card, play for a while on your money while you sit side by side, then have
them file a complaint? I don't know.
I have filed a complaint one in the past but I had clear cut evidence
and I won. I was already barred from the property so the presentation of my
case was made without hesitation and the case was not about drawings,
although it was about a promotion. This was from back in 2006. I will try to
find my post on my experience on another web-site where I detailed the facts
and send it to you for your enjoyment of reading just how ignorant some of
the people who run casinos can be.

Well, that was really unhelpful--and snide. Sigh.
