What goes does it do to have the name and time of the person who gave you incorrect information? If I call up and Booth Person (BPB) says there is a 10x multiplier that is good for all on Tuesday, I go play on Tuesday and when I get to the booth, Booth Person David (BPD) says no, that multiplier is only good for those 60 and older with a Nevada license, do you think the casino will honor what BPB said? I highly doubt it.
Then BPB and you play a game of "No you didn't, Yes I did".
I'd rather have a consensus from this group, and then get written confirmation from the casino.
