Payback statistics are "long run" figures. In between 4 deuces and royals, you will lose money.
The point of "precision play" is to extend your bankroll as far as possible between large payouts.
It is of interest to see what the payback ratio is without jackpots. That will be your usual experience.
Get the word "win" out of your head. You do not "win" a jackpot. You purchase it.
