I don't think M Resort points (good for free play, cash or comps) are actually combined with Marquee points earned at other Penn National casinos (good for comps only).
This is #6 from their rules: "Marquee Comps are not earned at M Resort Las Vegas. M Resort Points cannot be redeemed at other Marquee Rewards casinos."
