I don't have any current information on the time period Boyd uses for
mailers, but at one time they weren't all alike. Suncoast was one
month for locals. Gold Coast was three months.
Their slot club attendants should be willing to tell you at least the
time period. Beyond that it's probably some convoluted combination of
coin-in, theo, actual win-loss, daily average, etc.
As others have already written, many of us video poker players have
seen declines in the Boyd mailed offers in the last several months.
