I have heard a couple of different explanations for this promo. The problem is how to interpret the fine print – "Video poker has a cap of 40,000 adjusted points per day." First off, they say "get up to 15x points." But I check with the slot club and they say you can only get 2x or 3x on VP – no higher. Slots you can get up to the 15x. Okay, that would be nice if they had specified that, but now I understand that part.
But most multipliers work like this: if I get a 2x and play 40k, I would get 80k total. If I get a 3x and play 40k, I would get 120K total points. But the slot club tells me that you never can get more than 40k bonus points. So if you get a 2x multiplier when you swipe and play 40K, they will add 40k for a total of 80k – that is right. But if you get a 3x multiplier and play 40k, you will not get 80k added to your base for 120k total points. You will only get 40K added for a total of 80k. So it doesn't matter whether you get a 2x or 3x, you end up with 80K.
Do I understand this correctly.
