And to add to the confusion. I just saw this on my March mailer – Pot O' Gold multipliers on March 16 & 30 – 10x on reels and video reels and 2x on VP. with no "limits" in the details.

Subject: [vpFREE] Is the Palms trying to Drive me Crazy?
Or - Maybe I'm getting older and dumber? Maybe I've been at this game too long and should retire?
Anyway, my March Palms mailer is again talking about "Mystery Point Multipliers." Perhaps they heard about the confusion on the last couple of months of this promo – "maximum 40k bonus points on VP." Perhaps they wanted to clear up the confusion.
Well, THEY FAILED!
They did make one important clarification – specifying that multiplier on SLOTS could be up to 15x points and up to 3x points on VP. But now here is what they say: "80,000 adjusted points per day." (They didn't mention that this would be only for VP – but maybe it is for everything but why would casino ever want to limit slot players????) So now I have gone back to a quagmire of confusion. What does this new wording mean?
1. Same as before – you earn 40K and get 40K bonus if you get a 2x multiplier? – I guess if you add those together you could call that a "80000 adjustment."
2. You can get a 80,000 Bonus? For example if you get a 3x multiplier, you could play $40,000 and get an 80,000-point multiplier? I can wish/hope for that meaning, but I would bet the farm that is NOT what it means!!!!
Probably no sense asking early about this new wording, especially at the players club desk – they never seem to know what's coming up. We could wait until promo starts on the 29th and ask but I would certainly ask umpteen people to interpret it for me.
I'm going to go take a nap and rest my brain!
