Larry asked: I would like to get a clarification on using 9/6 JoB strategy while playing 8/5 BP to get the 99.1585% return. Does the strategy include the six exceptions due to penalty cards? Or is it the advanced strategy ignoring the penalty card exceptions?
In the terminology used by the late Liam W. Daily and myself, advanced strategy is "perfect," meaning it includes all the penalty card situations.
