I was assuming an honest electronic drawing. Might be too much of an assumption. However richardsk2011 wrote: "If Bob is one of those "certain" players, then more power to him." Richard if Bob is one of those "certain" players then instead of your respect for him all he should get is a jail sentence along with the operators of this sleazy con. For what it's worth I don't believe Bob would be part of an illegal scam like this.
