I expect that you should be able to trust me me not to mention an "incentive", without further qualification, if it wasn't at least a "near-cash" equivalent.
In any case, there was no need to assess the value of the promo I referenced. The post was in reply to another that suggested such feeding frenzies have been few and far between in AC. (They haven't.)
