Anytime you leave a craps table with more than you bought in is a royal story in itself. (The "royal" is knowing to leave, LOL)
I always hold 3 to the royal, but I don't play DDB, so congrats on a great night!

Subject: [vpFREE] A royal flush story
Had a good run last night. I played Craps with a very conservative insides betting method. I would bet $22,44,or 66 insides.
I also then regress down to 22-insides or come all the way down if the craps rolls where showed up.
A few times I just press up the insides two times and then collect 4, then press up two times and collect 4, then press in that style up to table max. Mostly I would press up if the shooter seemed to have some care with how they where shooting the dice.
So, with a $300 buy in I won $463 for a color out of $763
I was done with craps and it was about 1am, so before I left the casino I played single line Double Double VP at the quarters level sticking in $63 (that is not a viable buy in for that game to survive the ups and downs - $350 would be about the right buy-in) so in about 15 minutes I was down to my last $10 dollars then I got four to the flush with the three high cards. The correct hold is to hold the flush...but then what am I there for? So, I held three high cards to the Royal Flush and GOT IT!
So, there was this security guard behind me watching me play. I had no idea he was there, but when that Royal Hit he got all excited too...I guess he never seen a royal flush because he was telling me that he saw me draw the hand, stopped and pondered what I was doing...cause I was pondering if i should hold the flush or go for the Royal..... but then I asked myself again...what am I here for? Go for it!
Needless to say, I cashed out and went home after that.
