You mean you do this after they paid you in cash at the time of the jackpot??? I didn't think they were allowed to do this – that you had to ask for a check BEFORE they paid you in cash????

I always carry envelopes. And if it appears that I'll be taking home more than $10K in cash, I take some W2Gs to the cage and get a check instead. Much safer and makes the bank deposit easier.
