I will post the Medicare Part B premiums when they are announced as I have the last few years. You have several options available.
1. You can gamble in a way that does not generate W-2Gs on a regular basis.
2. If you are an advantage gambler and making a profit you can file a schedule C. The IRS may not agree with this approach.
3. You can refuse Part B or drop Part B. You can shop around and negotiate a cash price for your doctor's services. If you are healthy and normally only see a doctor a few times a year this will save you a lot of money. There is a timeframe each year if you want to sign back up for Medicare Part B.
