You are probably correct. Unfortunately Bob hasn't bothered to clarify his
article, and observing the number of posts made here concerning the article,
he obviously failed to write an article that was clear. We should all not
bother commenting on it any longer, because all we are doing is guessing as
to what he was trying to do, and clearly not getting a consensus..

I am probably wrong but I thought Bob was talking about .25 because he has
said a rough figure for a bankroll is about 4x the royal.I thought this was
a great article, reinforcing some of Bob's teachings and he made it relevant
for quarters and less players.

noti ... column is specific that $1 play is involved. Article cites
stats for short term play of 1200 hands as well as "long term" play. You
seem to be stumbling in reading and confusing details under each scenario.
But still, Bob's $4k "long-term" bankroll for $1 9/6 jb (+0.5% cb) looks
more suited for dimes rather than bucks. Not taking the time to figure what
ROR he used, or how else his number can be fitted to some risk scenario.

My question is what denomination does this apply to? Mickey raised the
possibility that it applies to 1200 hands of dollar denomination and I
questioned that also. You questioned my reading comprehension. So maybe you
can shed some light on my original question. What denomination do you think
it applies to?
