I checked your link but didn't see any reference to VLT Games. Did I miss it on that site?
Machines at Harrahs Philadelphia are not VLT machines. They don't have anything with good paytables, but they are random VP machines. The best we've seen there are 9/5 DDB Triple Play machines (quarter).
