I presume the restriction on award trip lodging is to protect CZR from those patrons who might book a destination with no intent to play. (situations where CZR ends up absorbing a hard hotel comp for player to visit distant family or sight see, for example)
Not entirely unreasonable, but not sure how prevalent such "no play" trips are (outside of LV ;)
In any case, if you already have a room offer from prior play, I presume that will still be honored for such a trip. Also wondeing if a player with strong track record might be able to still wrangle a room in these circumstances.
