I have no sympathy for CET. But something tells me they'll weasel their way into the filing being a tool of the wealthy instead of a huge embarrassment. This past year they've done nothing but slap their best players in the face. If you're diamond you get nearly the same benefits as seven stars. They should fire every executive and hire people who know something about gaming and customer service.

More than 80% of the company's senior bondholders are on board with the restructuring plan, but, as of late Wednesday, only a minority of Caesars top-ranking lenders had pledged their support. A group of junior bondholders owed billions also oppose the restructuring strategy.
