I wouldn't expect much more than you're getting now? I was chairman when it took 250,000 coin-in a month for three months $750,000 coin-in over three months to attain chairman. After six months of playing at that level I switched to playing on my spouse's card to have us both be president. We got more for less play.
You will get the obsequiousness treatment but little monetary gain.
