At Hollywood in St. Louis (former Harrah's) on the 99.66% Bonus Poker bank playing $.50. I posted a couple of pictures in the gallery.
As soon as I hit the draw button the machine locked up immediately. A minute or so later the Call Attendant message appeared. About 10 minutes later they counted out the $2,000 less withheld federal taxes.
I really never expected to see one of these. I was pretty excited.
