I thought that was BS too. Anyone can fairly quickly tell the difference between the high paying slots at places like El Cortez, Boulder Strip and Reno compared with Loveman's 88% slots.
Ironically, even his own managers don't buy it. CET properties in Reno/Tahoe all have multiple 97% slot carousels plainly marked as such.
