You can check out the Horseshoe Baltimore Web page on www.caesars.com, but there is much more complete information, as well as interior photographs, on my Seven Stars Insider Web site (http://www.sevenstarsinsider.com/horseshoe-baltimore). I attended the opening two weeks ago, and spent the day there Tuesday, as well as overnighted at the Hyatt Regency. My first request for a comp room was turned down, but a host called me back an hour later and said it had been approved. My guess is that, due to the popularity of Baltimore's Inner Harbor and the cost of hotel rooms in the city, for the time being at least, they are going to be a little stingy with comp rooms -- Seven Stars or not. Remember, since the casino does not have its own hotel, the rules regarding comp rooms for Seven Stars cardholders don't apply. Perhaps, once winter sets in and the tourist season ends, rooms might become more available. Right now they have such a huge local customer base that out-of-towners are probably their least concern -- just my opinion. Also, keep in mind that the casino has been open only two weeks so a lot of policies are still being developed and evaluated. Give them a little time.
